Can I access these eBooks from home?

Yes, anywhere you have access to the internet you have access to these eBooks. If you are off-campus you will be prompted to log in to view these eBooks with the exception of the Free eBooks.

Can I download PhilaU eBooks to my Kindle, iPad, Nook, etc?

There is no direct download to your device. However, if your device can view pdfs, and the eBook is accessible in pdf form, you can load the pdfs onto your device.
